| | Geoff Lamb

Geoff has worked for Food and Drink Sector Skills as Business Development Manager for over 5 years.
He was previously employed as a production manager in Moy Park and the Jefferson Smurfit Group.
He holds 3 degrees from the University of Ulster – a BSc with Honours, a MBA, and an MSc in Agri-food Business Development and has the distinction of achieving these over 3 consecutive decades.
Geoff also holds an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, a Professional Trainer Certificate, a Certificate in Personnel Practice, and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety (for which he received the award for top UK student in 2004).
He is a Member of the Institute of Physics and an Associate Member of CIPD.

Position: Training Advisor

Brenda has been employed by Food and Drink Sector Skills since April 2009 as our Training Advisor and is responsible for the management of our Food Manufacture Apprenticeship programme. Since commencing employment she has successfully driven the numbers of Apprentices to over 300, a figure which continues to grow as a greater number of employers recognise the benefits of training for their staff.
Her academic achievements include a BSc (Hons), a Post-graduate Diploma in Communications (Training and Development) and she has just recently successfully completed her level 5 ILM Leadership and Management award in work based learning.
Brenda has over ten years experience working within the NI Agri-food sector and has been involved with the delivery of training since 2000.

Position: Company Secretary

Karen has been employed by Food and Drink Sector Skills for 15 years and is responsible for the day to day administration of the company and management of all course delivery. In addition to this Karen is the Company Secretary and thus manages and maintains the finances of Food and Drink Sector Skills.
She was previously employed by Coca Cola in London and Northern Ireland.

Position: Administration Assistant

Stacey is currently employed by Food and Drink Sector Skills in her sandwich year from her marketing degree at the University of Ulster.
She is responsible for assisting with the administration of Apprenticeships, Courses etc. As part of her role she will also be working towards the development of an effective marketing programme for Food and Drink Sector Skills.
